These resources are designed to help you orient yourself as a professional—how you think, how you decide, and how you show up in practice. They address confidence, discernment, and standards that often get overlooked in formal education, but quietly determine long-term success.

If you’re looking to strengthen your foundation, clarify your role in the treatment room, or reconnect with why you practice the way you do, start here.

Advanced In-Person Classes

If you’re licensed, located in Colorado (or willing to travel), and ready for advanced hands-on education, these in-person classes are designed for working estheticians.

Instruction focuses on hands-on repetition and clinical application, with a continuous flow of guinea pigs (models) to build confidence through experience—not observation.

Our advanced classes are approved by the Colorado Division of Private Occupational Schools, under the Colorado Department of Higher Education.

We offer our signature Exfoliation Extravaganza seven times per year—a five-day intensive covering microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and microneedling, with high model volume to support true competency and client readiness.

Classes may be taken individually or as a bundled series, with volume-based pricing available for licensed professionals and teams.

These offerings are intentionally limited and best suited for estheticians who value depth, accountability, and applied skill development.

Not local?
Online learning options are available to build the same depth of understanding and confidence—without travel.

For Estheticans Seeking Depth--Going Beyond Protocols

It’s About the Skin—But It’s Not About the Skin

This e-booklet introduces the way I approach esthetics—connecting skin behavior with practitioner decision-making, client health, and long-term outcomes. It’s designed for licensed estheticians who want context and clarity, not just another set of steps to follow.

If you’re curious about integrative thinking and how it changes the way you assess, treat, and communicate with clients, this is the best place to begin.

Professional Foundations & Standards-Based Education

These courses align with core esthetics curriculum while expanding on areas that are often rushed, minimized, or inconsistently taught.

Designed for students preparing for licensure and licensed estheticians reinforcing professional standards, this series emphasizes safety, accountability, and sound decision-making—regardless of where you are in your career.

Each course stands on its own and is structured to support clear understanding, practical application, and long-term professional competence.

The Integrative Esthetician

The Integrative Esthetician is a comprehensive educational framework designed for licensed estheticians who want to think more critically, work more safely, and build sustainable practices rooted in understanding—not trends.

This is not protocol-based education. It is a way of seeing the client, the skin, and the practitioner’s role with greater clarity and responsibility.
